    The Director of the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf" branch in the Eastern Province, Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Yousef, affirmed the Fund's keenness to provide programs and initiatives that contribute to supporting the business sector in the region, as well as training, qualifying and employing national cadres of both sexes so that they can perform their roles and contribute to achieving the requirements of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

    Al-Youssef said during the monthly meeting of the business sector organized by the Asharqia Chamber on Tuesday evening, October 4, 2022, in the presence of the Chamber’s president, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Raziza, that the Fund offers several various programs to support employment and training, to support researchers and job seekers in the private sector, as the Fund bears a percentage of From the employee’s wage, which includes all jobs in the private sector for full-time work and remote work, with additional support for employment in regions and cities with fewer opportunities, the employment of females, people with disabilities, and patients with kidney failure, and for each of these categories a special program of support is carried out according to specific mechanisms.


    During the meeting, which was moderated by the Chamber’s Secretary-General, Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, and attended by a remarkable of the business sector, he explained that the Fund adopts support programs based on a long-term vision that says: “National human resources are initiative and productive,” and carries a message: “Development and development of national human resources from Through effective, high-impact initiatives presented by the company with the main stakeholders in the labor market system.” Therefore, the fund’s activities proceed according to a value system: “focus on results, excellence, transparency, team spirit, speed of delivery, with a focus on the target customer.”​

    ​He reviewed some of the Fund's initiatives to support the option of nationalization in the public and private sectors, most notably the National Labor Portal (Taqat) and the National Observatory. The first, he said, is a comprehensive electronic platform for the labor market in the Kingdom that brings together job seekers and business owners, and provides an opportunity to provide exchange employment and training services. Efficiently and effectively to increase the stability and development of the workforce in the local labor market and to contribute to fair job opportunities for all.

    Al-Youssef pointed out that all the services and activities of the Fund are carried out through 22 branches throughout the Kingdom, 40 rehabilitation centers, and 7 employment offices (including 3 branches, 9 centers, and one office in the Eastern Province), all of which attract job vacancies, hold employment meetings, and so on.
